Destinations, available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout for the address entered. Do not rely on a delivery estimate until the destination and shipping option have been confirmed.

2. Processing and tracking

Orders are prepared after payment is accepted. Processing times and delivery estimates may vary by item, destination, carrier and peak periods. When a tracking number is available, we send it to the email address on the order.

3. Address and delivery issues

Please check the shipping address before placing your order. If a parcel is delayed, marked delivered but not received, damaged or incomplete, contact us with your order number so we can review it with the carrier.

4. Duties and taxes

Any import duties or taxes, and who is responsible for them, depend on the destination and the information shown at checkout. We will not promise that an order is duty-free unless that is expressly stated at checkout.
