Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases placed through the BellyChic online store, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

1. Seller and products

The seller is Imediatronic, trading as BellyChic, at 22 rue de Creil, 60500, France. Products and their options are described on their product pages. Please check the selected product, colour, size, quantity and delivery details before submitting an order.

2. Order and acceptance

Placing an order sends us a purchase request. We will send an order confirmation after it has been received. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will contact you and return any payment taken for the unavailable order as required by law.

3. Prices and payment

The price and currency shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes and delivery charges, form the amount due. Payment is processed by the payment provider offered at checkout. We do not intend to receive or store full payment-card credentials.

4. Delivery

Available destinations, shipping charges and estimated delivery information are shown at checkout. Tracking information is sent when available after dispatch. Please check the separate Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Eligible goods must be unused, unwashed and returned in their original condition with packaging, tags and accessories. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide instructions. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error. Approved refunds are made after inspection; see the Returns & Refunds Policy for the full process and exceptions. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.

6. Product use and liability

Use products only as described and stop if use causes discomfort or irritation. Product copy is not medical advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights where the law does not permit that limitation.

7. Applicable law and contact

The operator is established in France. Sales to customers in the United Kingdom are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not affect the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Contact contact@bellychic.com or use our contact form.
